Our easy-to-use timesheets ensure that your hours are accurately recorded and paid on time. Below you’ll find the necessary links to download your timesheet forms, submit them, and get paid for your hard work.

How to Download and Submit Your Timesheet

  1. Download Your Timesheet
    Click the relevant link below to download the timesheet for your current role. Make sure to select the correct month and role to avoid any confusion:

    • Download Sous Chef Timesheet
    • Download Chef de Partie Timesheet
    • Download Kitchen Assistant Timesheet
    • Download General Assistant Timesheet
  2. Fill Out Your Timesheet
    Complete all fields on the timesheet, including:

    • Your name and role.
    • Client name and location.
    • The dates and hours worked each day (including overtime if applicable).
    • Any breaks taken during your shifts.
    • Additional notes if necessary, such as any special duties performed.
  3. Submit Your Timesheet
    Once your timesheet is completed, please send it back to us for processing:

    • Email your completed timesheet to timesheets@chefstaffingsolutions.co.uk.
    • Subject line: Please use the format “Timesheet – [Your Name] – [Role] – [Client Name] – [Dates]”.
    • Alternatively, you can upload your completed timesheet directly through the Candidate Portal (if available).
  4. Approval Process
    Your timesheet will be reviewed and approved by our team. If there are any discrepancies, we’ll contact you for clarification. Once approved, your payment will be processed according to the payment cycle agreed upon.
  5. Get Paid
    Payments are typically made on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on the terms of your assignment. You’ll receive your payment directly to your bank account.

To ensure that your payment is processed on time, please remember to submit your timesheet by the end of the week following your shift. Late submissions may result in delayed payments.
